Banana oats

Ingredient-

Oats

1/3 cup

energises your child for the day ahead

Finely chopped fruits, smashed sweet potato or cinnamon

optional but makes the food 10 times healthier

Ripe Banana

1 cup

ripe bananas is easier for the baby to chew

Milk

2/3 cup

Helps baby grow strong and healthy

Chia seeds

1 tsp

For your little adventurer to have an experiment with different textures!

Yogurt

1/4 cup

to soften up the meal and add extra flavour 


Step-

Combine

Place all the ingredients in a container and stir well. You can portion into smaller containers or just store the entire mixture.

refrigerate

Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Final touches

Remove from the fridge and give it a good stir. You can add a bit more milk if it's too thick for your liking. Top with whatever toppings you wish!
