Mango pudding

Ingredients-

ripe mango (peeled and chopped)

coconut milk

2 cups

mashed banana

ripe bananas is easier for the baby to chew

rice

¼ cup

a very versatile ingredient that can take up any flavour. In this instance; sweet!


steps-

Combine and boil

Bring a mixture of rice, coconut milk, and vanilla extract in a saucepan, to a boil.

Let it boil

Allow it to simmer for around 25 minutes, stirring the mixture to prevent it sticking to the saucepan. If necessary, add more coconut milk.  

Add mango

Add that chopped mango and cook until the rice is mushy.

Let it rest

Allow it to cool before adding in the mashed banana. Serve warm or cool!
