steps -

Mix

mix all dry ingredients in a bowl  

Add

add oil and water to the mixture

Add pt2

slowly add milk till dosa batter consistency

Cook

heat a thava and add two spoons of batter onto the thava.

Cook pt2

flip after cooked (brown) on one side and wait till other side is cooked.
